How to Qualify

   

Contest Period:  October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026

                     

• Top 8 ACEs:  based on number of new sprayers retailed – must sell more than prior year same period (retail commitment required w/contract; delivery not required).

            

• The Top 2 ACEs will receive VIP treatment (with first class airfare, upgraded suites and other great amenities).

                        

• 2 Wild Card spots for those not in the top 8, based on number of new units retailed – must sell more than prior year same period (retail commitment required w/contract; delivery not required).​

                      

• ACE will receive 1 entry for each new sprayers over last year’s number (retail commitment required w/contract; delivery not required).

                 

• We will blind draw from those eligible the second week of October and announce the winners.​​

                    

​Contest Guidelines:                                      ​

• All retail commitments must be entered into the Sales Portal (with signed contract attached). All sales will be pulled from the Sales Portal data.

 

• Each winner will be allowed to bring one guest, plus their Dealer Principal and their guest.

All Summit Club qualifiers will be invited to register in late October.

  

​Please check your passport expiration dates now! It is recommended that passports are valid at least six months past your trip return date, i.e., with an expiration date after September 5, 2027. You must also have at least one blank page for immigration stamps.

      

You should have plenty of time to receive a new passport once registration begins, but you may wish to get a jump on it. For information to apply for a passport or a renewal, start here:
