• Aside from the obvious draw of walking the powdery sands of the resort's stunning Juanillo Beach, if you enjoy long walks surrounded by nature, you’ll love strolling through the gated Cap Cana enclave. From peaceful paths lined with lush greenery to scenic routes that wind through the community, every walk is a chance to take in the natural beauty and elegance of the destination.

• Participate in the many activities offered at the resort. A daily rotating schedule includes beach and pool volleyball, archery, yoga, aqua aerobics, ping pong, pottery workshops, cooking classes, bike tours, kayaking, snorkeling, dance lessons, and more! Evenings bring live events and shows in the open air theater as well as themed parties. The two-story indoor section of the market takes up a full city block; vendor kiosks spill outside along a narrow island in the river, shaded by tropical greenery.

• Enjoy any number of half-and-full-day guided excursions. Options include  horseback riding, dolphin and sea lion encounters, ziplining, parasailing,  snorkeling, SCUBA diving, sailing, and whale watching. Take a boat tour to the Marietas Islands and snorkel in the hidden beach.
